How To Care For Your Baby When A Cold Strikes
Cold and flu season is always worrisome when you have a little one. Germs seem to lurk everywhere, and short of being stuck in a bubble, it’s only a matter of time before your baby gets sick too. Don’t worry mama, we’ve got some great tips and tricks to help soothe and care for your baby when they have a cold.
Try To Clear The Congestion
If your baby is stuffed up, try using a bulb syringe* or a snot suction device to gently remove the excess snot that is causing congestion.

Cool Air Humidifier
Run A cool mist humidifier, by keeping moisture in the air it can help ease babies stuffed up nose.
Hydration
Whether you use formula or breastfeed, keep your baby hydrated by feeding as usual. Just like adults, it is so important to stay hydrated!
Nice Warm Bath
Bath time always seems to help soothe and calm babies. I use Johnson’s Soothing Vapor Bath. The gentle and soothing scent helps to calm and relax them, making bath time a tranquil and peaceful experience.
