Kris Kringle – Recalled to Active Duty

Rumor has it that the Dept. of the Air Force has officially issued orders to Chief Master Sergeant Kristopher Kringle.  They have recalled him back to active duty, with a RNLTD on 24 Dec 2024.

Chief Kringle has been tasked with Operation Gift Drop.  FYSA, he has also gone by the following aliases: “Saint Nick”, “Santa Claus”, “Father Christmas”, “Mr. C.”, and sometimes as just “Santa.”  Additionally, he has been a reservist for over 1,748 years.

He is the first known enlisted pilot and tactical operator rated for the heavy lift delivery system known as the Globally Integrated Functional Transporter (GIFT).  The GIFT aircraft is powered by 8 autonomous elf-built REcoverable INdepenDent Entry and Exit Rockets (REINDEER) with an add-on package of a Red Uniformed Drone On Live PHeed (RUDOLPH) for low-visibility missions.  The REINDEER platform is powered by renewable fuel of carrots & cookies that are readily available worldwide with the capability of sustained high speed flight for a 24-hour period.

Chief Kringle is support by the 24th ABW located in the North Pole, who provides operational logistics, maintenance, and packaged goods for junior personnel who have been awarded a good conduct medal. However, any junior personnel who do not maintain this medal, in good standing, are provided a lesser award package containing the DD Form 3-15-1-12 (commonly known as the COAL checklist) as a form of remediation, which has been known to leave a black mark.

As a special operator of an extended age, he has been granted a shaving waiver and a special PT waiver as long as he can pass the required performances of the Muscles In Life as a Kris (MILK) and Covert OperatOr Kringle In Excellence (COOKIE) curls to ensure that he can complete his annual mission.

His travel activities are maintained and followed by a special detail stationed at the North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) Command to track his movements while providing Public Affairs support. Use of GTC is authorized during this operation.

Please note that these orders will be rescinded NLT 24 December 24 upon mission completion at which time he can proceed to a place of his choosing.  We appreciate Chief Kringle’s service and hope that all junior personnel are performing accordingly!
