The Chronicles of Jack Frost: Counter Intelligence
Posted on November 10, 2025 by Chad Deschane
The Christmas season wasn’t all sugarplums. Rival factions like the Coal Cartel, a shadowy group of Naughty List profiteers aimed to sabotage Santa’s operation. Jack’s counterintelligence work peaked in early December. In Moscow, he intercepted a Cartel plot to jam Santa’s GPS with fake coordinates. Slipping into their warehouse under a cloak of frost, he rewired their tech to broadcast holiday jingles instead. By the time they noticed, Jack was gone, leaving only a trail of icicles. He also monitored gift supply chains. Posing as a delivery truck driver (his icy touch hidden by gloves), he infiltrated distribution centers to ensure toy shipments weren’t tampered with. In Shanghai, he caught a batch of counterfeit teddy bears laced with tracking devices. A snap of his fingers encased the lot in ice, flagged for Santa’s cleanup crew.
