Jack’s most delicate task was child surveillance. Santa needed real-time updates on behavior shifts. Jack blended into snowy playgrounds, his presence felt only as a chill down the spine. In Toronto, he observed a girl teetering on the Naughty List after swiping her brother’s cookies. Jack conjured a gentle flurry, distracting her long enough to return the treats. Behavior corrected, she stayed Nice. He also planted “Frost Signals,”  tiny, enchanted snowflakes that relayed audio of children’s wishes to the North Pole. Perched on windowsills, these signals captured last-minute gift requests, ensuring Santa’s list was current. 

Jack’s rule: no child’s wish went unheard, no matter how small.
