  4. Cook the sausage:
    • Add the sliced smoked sausages to the skillet with the vegetables.
    • Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sausages are heated through and slightly browned.
  5. Combine and finish:
    • Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir to combine everything.
    • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
