I am always on the hunt for amazing dip recipes and I enjoy them even more when they’re easy to make in my Crockpot/Instant Pot. This one did not disappoint, and I had to stop my family from sneaking bites while it finished cooking! If you need an easy dip that everyone will enjoy this is the dip for you!

Equipment:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz of Greek Yogurt
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 16 oz Colby Jack Cheese Cubed
  • 2 Tbs. Potato Slayer Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups of Chopped Bacon
  • 2 cans of Drained Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 can of Cream Corn

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon, chop, and set aside.
  2. Drained canned corn. Add to Crockpot/Instant Pot.
  3. Add creamed corn.
  4. Cube Colby Jack cheese and cream cheese and add to Crockpot/Instant Pot
  5. Combine seasonings and add to Crockpot/Instant Pot.
  6. Add 2 cups of bacon.
  7. Stir.
  8. Set Crockpot/Instant Pot to low on the slow cooker setting for 2.5 hours.
  9. Enjoy!

This dip turned out so great! I served it with our favorite tortilla chips. You could also sub out the bacon and do ground beef or sausage. There are a lot of ways to change up this dip! It is surely something that everyone can enjoy! I hope you like it as much as my family did!
