Trail Mix Popcorn Bars
These trail mix popcorn bars are just too much fun to make. My kids were in the kitchen with me, munching on the popcorn and M&M’s while I melted the ingredients over the stove. I wasn’t sure if I’d actually have enough ingredients to make these yummy bars because, with three kids + M&M’s, well, you know how that goes if you ever bake with them! But they had a blast topping the bars with the trail mix and couldn’t wait to eat them!
Ingredients:
- 8-10 Cups Popped Popcorn
- 1 1/2 Cups M&M’s
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1 Cup Peanuts
- 10 oz. Mini Marshmallows
- 4 Butter or Margarine
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Non-stick Cooking Spray
Directions:
- Melt the butter and mini marshmallows on the stovetop.

- Stir the salt and vanilla.
- Combine the popcorn, mixed bowl of ingredients, and marshmallow mixture together and carefully stir until fully coated and mixed.
- Pour into the 9X13 pan.
- Press the mixture into the pan and smooth out.
- Allow to cool for 1-2 hours to set.

- Enjoy!
