Valentine’s Day is a time to express affection with greetings and gifts. For many couples, this day is celebrated with a special meal. I’ve found some great recipes that will be appreciated by everyone in the family including the kids. These recipes are fun and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf white bread, frozen
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package pepperonis
Directions:
- Place the loaf of frozen white bread on a plate to thaw for three hours. Roll out on the counter with a rolling pin and flatten till about a quarter inch thick.
- Use a heart cookie cutter to cut out individual pizza crust. Place on a greased cookie sheet and continue to roll out dough and cut out remaining pizza hearts.
- Add about 1 Tbsp pizza sauce to each pizza.
- Add cheese and pizza toppings.
- Bake pizzas at 350° F for 13-15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
- If you have leftover dough, you can also wrap it up and place it in the fridge for another night.
