Fit in 15: Core in a Hurry

Let’s talk core! Your core is more than just your abs, it’s your power center. It supports your posture, protects your spine, and makes every other movement more efficient. This initial Fit in 15 is about dialing into that strength, even when your schedule’s chaotic…being strong doesn’t need to take an hour.
This 15-minute ab circuit is designed to wake up your body and fire up your focus. No gym needed. No fancy equipment. Just your mat, some deep breaths, and you.
Do each Core Burn move for 1 minute. Rest as needed. Repeat the full circuit 2x. It should take about 15 minutes total. So, crank up your playlist and start your circuit!
Your Core Burn Breakdown:
- High Plank
- Shoulder Taps
- Bicycle Crunches
- Dead Bug
- Side Plank (Left)
- Side Plank (Right)

Trainer Tip – From a Trainer:
- Don’t rush the reps. Focus on control, not speed. Activate your abs, you’ll feel them! Activate them with intention, you’ll feel more burn in less time. And don’t forget to breathe.
- Your core carries more than just strength, it holds confidence, balance, and resilience. Keep showing up for yourself, even if it’s just for 15 minutes in this busy military life. You’re building something powerful.
