Fit in 15: Legs & Booty Burn

Let’s be real…there’s something powerful about a good lower body workout. The burn hits different. Your stride feels stronger. Your jeans fit just right. In this next session, we’re showing love to the foundation: your legs and glutes.

This 15-minute burner focuses on sculpting, lifting, and building strength in all the right places. It’s low equipment, high intention, and totally doable from your living room on base, balcony, and even if you live in the barracks.

Complete this series doing 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest. Repeat 3x.

The Burn Breakdown:

  • Bodyweight Squats
  • Glute Bridges
  • Lateral Lunges
  • Donkey Kicks (Right)
  • Donkey Kicks (Left)

Film your last round with a CHEEKY caption (see what I did there?!?!) and tag #FitIn15. You earned those wobbly legs, babe. Just don’t fall down the stairs afterwards.

Trainer Tip from a Trainer:

  • Add ankle weights or resistance bands if you’ve got them.
  • No equipment? No problem…the tempo and control bring the heat but you can always buy some to have at home!
