Fit in 15: Arms & Shoulders

For this installment of Fit in 15, we’re focusing on the confidence muscles – your arms and shoulders. Whether you’re carrying groceries, babies, or just the weight of a long to-do list, a strong upper body makes everything feel lighter. If I am being honest…defined arms hit different in a tank top.

This 15-minute circuit is all about controlled movements, intentional lifts, and building sleek, sculpted strength, no bulky gym equipment needed. Do each movement for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. 3 rounds total.

Your Arm & Shoulder Sculpt:

  • Overhead Shoulder Press
  • Lateral Raises
  • Triceps Kickback
  • Front Raises
  • Bent-Over Reverse Fly

Use light dumbbells, resistance bands, or even water bottles. Focus on form, not weight.

Tip from a Trainer:

  • Film a post-workout “sweaty sleeve roll-up” shot. Flex subtle. Glow strong. Tag us if you want! Keep an album of progress photos and videos on your phone. You’ll thank me later.

Strong arms aren’t just aesthetic, they’re protective, powerful, and purposeful. They carry, lift, and hold. So treat them like the assets they are, and know you made it.

Now let’s bring it home. Join us for our final Fit in 15: Power Wrap-Up – a total-body finale that combines strength, sweat, and everything you’ve built over the last seven sessions. One last burn. One big moment. Let’s finish strong, together.
