Fit in 15: Power Wrap-Up
Posted on August 7, 2025 by Rachel Slack
The final glow-up. All strength, all heart, all you. You’ve shown up for all of our Fit in 15 sessions, whether in leggings and sneakers or sweats and socks….and now it’s time to celebrate your consistency, your energy, and your growth. This wrap-up isn’t just another workout, it’s a victory lap.
This total-body burner combines our favorite moves from past weeks into one high-powered circuit. You’ll push, pulse, squat, press, and sweat through 15 minutes of proof that you’ve leveled up – physically and mentally. Do each move for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest. Repeat the full circuit twice.
The Final Flow
- Jump Squats or Air Squats
- Push-Ups (regular or modified)
- Deadlifts to Upright Row
- Bicycle Crunches
- Shoulder Taps
- Glute Bridges
- Tricep Dips (off a bench or couch)
- High Knees or March in Place
No equipment? No problem. Your bodyweight is your resistance. Trust me… it’s enough.
Tip from a Trainer:
- Same as last week….but this time full body. Film a full-body shot pre- and post-workout. Not for the likes, but to witness your own glow-up. You did that.
Progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. Every 15-minute sweat session was a love letter to your future self. This is your reminder that you can do hard things, and look good doing them. This may be the finale of my Fit in 15 Series, but your fitness journey is just getting started. Stay tuned for bonus mini workouts, seasonal series, and exclusive reels. Until then: hydrate, stretch, and strut like you just crushed 8 sessions of hard work.
