It’s Pumpkin Spice Latte Time: Snuggle Up & Grab a Cup!
See how easy it is to make your own PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE! Much healthier than the coffee shop version, and a lot less inexpensive!

- I LOVE FALL!
Once autumn arrives, I am all about the pumpkin everything. I cannot get enough! Of course, Fall would not be complete without those PSLs (Pumpkin Spice Lattes)!
Unfortunately, those delicious cups of pumpkin goodness are like $5+ now, and that is something I cannot justify spending that much money on! Luckily, I found a less expensive and healthier alternative to those delicious cups of fall that we can afford to drink every day.
Hope you enjoy this recipe for a healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte – it’s delicious, and a lot cheaper than the coffee shop and other coffee shops. Happy Fall, y’all!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar (or maple syrup to make it sweet)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup hot coffee
Directions:
- Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat until hot, but do not boil.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee.
- Divide the mixture between two mugs.
- Drink & Enjoy!
